Zucchini "fettucine" is one of my new favorite recipes for getting more vegetables in our diet. Simply peel two to three medium to large zucchinis and then shave strips into a saute pan with a vegetable peeler. Next add just enough water to coat the bottom of the pan along with a little olive oil, pepper and parmesan cheese. Cover the pan and turn heat to medium high and steam the concoction for five to seven minutes depending on how crisp or limp you prefer your zucchini. Bon apetit!
Cute and useful - hedgehog dryer balls
I'm such a sucker for hedgehogs and I like to own only things we actually use. Unless it's art of course and that's a whole different conversation. Anyway, how cute are these hedgehog dryer balls? They remove static and and wrinkles and cut down on drying time.

French knots
I've been trying to master french knots of late and find them very relaxing to make. It's almost hypnotic wrapping the thread and carefully pulling the needle through the fabric to cinch the floss. Here is my favorite tutorial at Sublime Stitching on how to master the knot.
