A well-mixed drink is a thing of beauty to behold and to consume. I think these vintage cocktail shakers would add a dash of panache to the process.

Cool job
Every now and then you get some really good design gigs. I was recently blessed with the production of the McKinney, TX Relocation Guide. It never seems real until the printed piece arrives in the mail ...
Pointy toes are coming back
I'm a bit bummed by that. While they have a wonderful retro vibe, my tootsies never liked being crammed into a narrow pointy shoe. I've been loving the round toe that made a comeback a few years ago. Below are some of the new crop of pumps at DSW.
Biz card buzz
I rarely do logos, but in the last 5 months I've done 5. There must be something in the air. Here's the latest for Crescent Moon Lodge. The printer sent me samples of the business card today. Hurrah!
Mirror, mirror
I keep noticing some gorgeous antique mirrors on Etsy of late. I think this particular one at RevivedVintage is lovely.
Felt
I've got all kinds of odds and ends fabric and wanted to finally do something with all the felt. It's so cozy to handle during the winter. Here's how one of the animal creations is coming along.
Tiny Polaroid Magent tutorial by Ambrosia Creative
These are soooo cute. I wish I had seen this post before Christmas! Note to self about making these as stocking stuffers next year. Check out the tutorial at Ambrosia Creative. I like that Jenn, the creative force behind that blog is a Californian transplant living in North Carolina. I'm a North Carolinian who was temporarily transplanted to California.
